How to get thinner thighs in only 7 days

You can obtain thinner thighs in only 7 days with a set of very effective exercises. These exercises are not difficult. It’s important to stick to the plan and execute them every day, for at least 7 days in a row, and you will notice amazing results!

1. The Skaters Movement – Start exercising by keeping your feet close, with peaks away. Rise the left leg forward, and do the same move as with the right one, like when you are on the rollers. Repeat the movement as many times as you can, alternating from one foot to the other. This exercise not only helps tone the muscles but also helps to burn calories.

2. A different squat –  Keep your legs at a distance of 3 steps. Make sure the tips are at a 45-degree angle and your shoulders straight. Lower your body as much as you can without arching your back, and keep your body there for 30 seconds. Return to your original position and move your body weight to your right foot for 30 seconds. Repeat the movement and the left leg. For 10 minutes repeat the exercise, alternating the legs.

3. Sidekicks – Stay relaxed. Raise your left foot trying to make a semi-circular motion from left to right. Repeat the movement with your right foot and alternate your legs until you execute two series of 10 semi-circles.

4. Bridges –  Lye on your back with your knees bent and your hands relaxed next to your body. Keep your knees together and lift your basin as high as you can. Count up to 5 and get down. Repeat the movement 15 times a day.

5. The frog – Stay on your back with relaxed arms around your body. Raise your feet at 45 degrees and bring your knee to your chest. Push your legs again by bringing them to 45 degrees. Repeat the movement 15 times.

6. Butterflies – This exercise helps you increase your body’s flexibility. Stay sitting with the soles sticked on the ground and your knees bent. Try to get the sole as close as possible to the basin and stick them with your hands. Try to move your bent legs in the butterfly movement for 30 seconds.
