How to get a baby soft skin in 20 minutes


Nothing compares with a baby’s soft and good smelling skin. Daily agitation, everyday stress and work, certainly affect the appearance of your skin. Lack of hydration and poor nutrition helps considerably in the premature aging of the skin.

If you’ve forgotten how is to have a baby-like skin, there’s no problem. You can use these little tricks to enjoy the beauty of your body.

The first thing to keep in mind is that inside health is reflected on the skin. So if the dryness of your skin is not related to a beginning of psoriasis or is not caused by an allergy or eczema, you can enjoy the little tricks below:

End the day with an aromatic bath
Sure you know what miraculous benefits bring tea to health, but do you know how they can visibly hydrate your skin? The first step is cleansing the skin: remove your makeup using olive oil. Then, exfoliate your body using a handful of corn, 10 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Massage the entire body using this scrub, with circular movements. After removing the scrub from your skin with the shower, you can put some herb bags in the bathtub’s water. You can opt for lavender, chamomile, jasmine or lime. If you want to get a more relaxing effect you can choose the verbena. This will give you a psychotonic effect.

You can add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to your bath, so you will successfully fight against nervousness, stress, muscle aches, swollen feet, and possibly eczema.

Do not forget the cream after the bath
The most common mistake we often make is that just after bathing we wipe our body very well, using the towel. So you will favor the drying process of the skin. Replace this habit and as soon as you get out of the tub, leave your skin to dry a little, then apply coconut oil all over your body with light movements. So the oil will be better absorbed by the skin, will moisturize it and keep it young and beautiful.

If your main problem is cracked heels, apply exfoliation and bath,  apply thick layer of marigold cream and cover your heels with a pair of cotton socks and keep them throughout the night.

Drink a cup of warm milk and then don’t waste any time and enjoy a good night’s sleep before 12 o’clock. A small trick would be to sleep with fewer clothes on you so that you can air your body and adjust your own temperature at night. If you opt for this trick, be careful not to open the window.

The morning shower
Even if you’re always on the run, especially in the morning, don’t give up the invigorating shower by alternating hot water with cold water. Apply coconut oil on the face as a makeup base to make sure you have a moisturized skin throughout the day.
