Get rid of cracked heels in 15 minutes


Every woman wants to have the most beautiful and healthy legs, especially in the hot season. However, you probably did not know that the heel’s appearance also has a direct influence on health.

Cracked heels and dry skin appear due to lack of protection in this area. Other causes are faulty care, sun exposure and stepping on hard surfaces, and of course, inadequate footwear. The leg skin is normally more dry than the rest of the body, as there are no glands to extract nutritious oils. We only have sweat glands on the soles, which is why it dries faster and cracks.

There is, however, a simple natural treatment that completely eliminates these issues.


  • 4 cups of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of baking powder

Heat the milk in a pot, then add the baking powder and stir well until you obtain a homogeneous composition. Make sure the mixture is warm, not too cold and not too hot. Pour the content into a bowl and soften your feet for 10 to 15 minutes, to relax completely.

After this time, rinse with lukewarm water and wrap your feet with a dry but warm towel. If you want to have excellent results, repeat this treatment every day until you notice that your heels are soft, then you can do it only once or twice a week.
