Grapefruit Diet: How To Lose Weight In A Healthy Way

The grapefruit diet is increasingly used to help you lose weight quickly but also in healthy way, providing you with a rich source of vitamins and minerals. Specialists recommend that during grapefruit diet, eat salt in moderation, drink no alcohol and avoid as much sugar and fries as much is possible.

This diet is kept on short term, for no more than 2 months and you don’t have to starve because the high level of enzymes from grapefruit helps you to burn fat. The alimentation during the diet is quite varied and it’s important to eat half of grapefruit or juice after every meal.

Breakfast:
-2 eggs (cooked as you like, but not fried)

 Lunch:

– a slice of grilled bread
